A Cuong Mineral Group Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tam Cuong Limited Liability Company, was established in 1966. The main businesses include (i) exploiting and collecting hard coals and lignites; (ii) exploiting metal ores; (iii) manufacturing cement, lime, and gypsum. Currently, the Company is permitted to exploit 8 mines in Bac Giang of which 7 ones are copper and silver mines, one is a coal mine. ACM has been traded on the UPCOM market since July 19, 2022.
