397 Joint Stock Company (BCB), formerly known as Coal Exploitation Team No.1 under Dong Bac Company, was established in June 1996. The Company has its business in the exploitation and trade of coal. BCB has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since April 2018. As a member of Dong Bac Corporation, BCB exploits coal in the areas under the mines where Dong Bac Corporation is granted mining licenses and follows the mining plan of Dong Bac Corporation. BCB has been traded on the UPCOM market since late October 2018.
