Vinafood 1 Flour Joint Stock Company (BMV), formerly known as Thanh Nghe Tinh Food Company was established in 2002 based on the merging of Thanh Hoa Food Company, Nghe An Food Company, and Ha Tinh Food Company. Through a period of continuous merges and splits, the Company is now a member of Vietnam Northern Food Corporation.
