Cienco4 Group Joint Stock Company (CIENCO4), formerly known as  Construction Department under the Ministry of Transportation, was establised in 1962. The Group has its business in construction of transport infrastructure and civil works, investment and  trade of transport infrastructure projects through BOT and BT contracts, and leasing offices, opreration of resorts. CIENCO4 has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2014.
