120 Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CK8) was established in 1947 with predecessors as  Factory Mechanical 120, a unit under Transport Engineering Corporation, now Vietnam Motors Industry Corporation - Joint Stock Company. The company's business is steel structure production, construction and office leasing. Currently, The company owns a factory producing steel structure - auto parts with an area of 20.9 ha in Hung Yen province. CK8 has officially been traded on UPCoM from January 6, 2023.
