Cat Loi Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tobacco Packing Printing and Related Material Enterprise, was established in 1992. The company has operated as a joint stock company since 2004. The main business activities are to manufacture filter tips and wax paper (white and yellow). Cat Loi's products are mainly consumed by the Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation (80% of the total turnover). Cat Loi has the huge advantage of operating in exclusive areas in Vietnam with the output consumed by the Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation.
