Clean Natural Gas Vietnam Joint Stock Company (CNG) was founded in 2007 with a charter capital of VND19.2 billion contributed by its shareholders: Drilling Fluids and Petrochemicals Corporation (DMC) - 51 percent, IEV Energy Sdn. Bhd Malaysia - 42 percent, and Son Anh Co., Ltd. - 7 percent, with the goal of transporting and supplying compressed natural gas to Vietnamese enterprises with low gas pipeline network pressure.
