Project 3 Construction And Investment Joint Stock Company (CT3), formerly known as Railways Project 3 Company, was established in 1977. The Company has its main business in the construction of railways, bridges and other railway infrastructures. CT3 has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2004. The Company is one of the three leading basic construction units under Vietnam Railways Corporation, and the sole railways builder located in Hochiminh city. CT3 has been traded on the UPCOM market since November 2009.
