DS3 Joint Stock Company No3 (DS3), formerly known as Riverway Management Section No.3, was established in 1964. The Company has its business in the provision of inland waterway management and maintenance and trading of the cruise ship and hotel services for lease. DS3 has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2006. The Company manages and maintains 426.5 km of the inland waterway from the three-way intersection of Bach Dang River (in Quang Yen townlet) to Tho Xuan port (in Mong Cai city) and waterways from the inland to islands in Quang Ninh province.
