HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company (HCD), formerly known as HCD Metallurgy Joint Stock Company, was founded on 06 December 2011. The Company's main business activities are import & export, supply and distribution of virgin resin, and trading steel, iron, and building materials. In addition, in order to expand its business fields and make full use of its advantages, the Company has been investing in the construction of a biodegradable plastic packaging-producing factory with a capacity of 7,200 - 8,000 tons/year, which is expected to run from 2017.
