Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction Joint Stock Company (HFB), formerly known as Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Management Company was established in December 1999 by separating the functions of Bridge management & maintenance, ferry management and operation from  Sai Gon Transportation Construction Company.
