Ha Lam -  Vinacomin Coal Joint Stock Company (HLC), formerly known as Ha Lam Coal Mine was founded in 1960 based on the production base of minerals in the Ha Lam area, separated from Hon Gai state-owned enterprise. In 2008, the Company transformed its business model to a Joint Stock Company. The company's main business is the Company's market which is determined indirectly through the coal consumption market of Vinacomin Group.
