Hanoi Trade Joint Stock Corporation (HTM), which is a state-owned enterprise, was established in 2004 under the Decision No.125/2004/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee. The Corporation has its main business in import and export, domestic trade and commercial infrastructure investment and development.
