Industrial Construction and Investment JSC. (ICI) formerly known as Construction Company under the Ministry of Light Industry was set up in 1968. In 2003, the firm was equitized. The company has two major businesses including construction service and real estate in which construction is its traditional business representing over 80% of total revenue. Its large projects include Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Transport and Communications, etc. Business in real estate has been operated for 10 years, mainly developing accommodation and working houses.
