IDICO Corporation (IDC), formerly known as Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation was established on 6 December 2000 under Decision No.26/2000/QD-BXD issued by the Minister of Construction. IDC specializes in investing, developing and trading industrial parks, urban areas, residential areas and, other industrial and civil works. IDC currently develops, manages, and operates 14 industrial parks across Vietnam, with a total area of approximately 4,474 hectares.
