Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), formerly known as Kinh Bac City Development Joint Stock Company, was established in 2002. The Corporation has its main business in invesment, development and trade of industrial real estate properties. Que Vo industrial park was the first project that the Prime Minister granted the license for KBC to work as an investor in December 2002.
