40 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (L40), formerly known as Hydraulic Construction Company No.10 under Ministry of Irrigation, was established in 1975. The Company has its main business in the construction of agriculture and rural development works, hydropower, irrigation, transport and drainage works. L40 has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2001.
