LILAMA 45.1 JSC (L45) formerly Erection and Construction Company 45-1 under Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation (LILAMA), was established in 1993. The Company specializes in designing, manufacturing, assembling forced pipes, water pressure mechanical devices, water power and other main devices for hydroelectric plants. Some of its typical projects are VGI-3F project, Hoang Hoa Tham - Cong Hoa overpass, Pullman Saigon Center Hotel project, Hon Chong Cement Plant. L45 has been traded on UPCOM market since October 2016.
