Machinery Joint Stock Company (MA1) was established on September 14, 2005, from the transformation of a State-owned enterprise which is an Equipment Company into a joint-stock company. Currently, the company operates mainly in the field of real estate, office leasing, and warehousing, along with the traditional business of importing and exporting machinery and agricultural products. MA1 is the owner of the Grande Park Ha Dong project and Mac Plaza commercial center.
