DongAnh Urban Environment Joint Stock Company (MDA) was established in 1998 under the Decision No. 450/QD-UB of People’s Committee of HaNoi and has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company in 2017. The company is the only unit in public environmental services in Dong Anh, Ha Noi. Its main services are collecting, processing and disposing garbage, draining and treating wastewater, supplying water and tending trees and grass. MDA has been traded on the UPCOM market since January 2018.
