Phu Yen Town Environment Joint Stock Company (MPY), formerly known as Houses and Urban Works Management Company under Phu Yen Department of Construction, was established in 1989. MPY has its main business in providing public environmental services. MPY has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since January 2014. The Company is delegated by the State to provide public services, caring for public green coverage, collecting, transporting and treating waste in Tuy Hoa City and neighboring areas. MPY has been traded on the UPCOM market since May 2017.
