Northern Electricity Development and Investment Joint Stock Company No. 2 (ND2), established in 2004 is the first affiliate of Vinaconex operating in the energy development and investment field. The company completed the project of Ngoi Phat hydroelectric power plant in 12/2014. The company owns 2 hydropower plants including Ngoi Phat Hydropower Plant with an installed capacity of 72 MW and Ngoi Phat Expanded Hydropower Plant with an installed capacity of 84 MW. ND2 has been traded on UPCOM market since July 22, 2010.
