Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (NTL), formerly known as Tu Liem Construction Enterprise, was established in 1974. In 2004, transferred into a Joint Stock Company. In 2007, renamed as Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company and listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE). The main business activities of the company are construction and installation and investment in urban and industrial zone projects.
