PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (OIL) was established in 2008 through the merging of Petroleum Trading Joint Stock Company (Petechim), and Petro Vietnam Oil Processing and Distribution Company (PDC). OIL has come into operation under the model of a joint stock company since August 2018. The Corporation has its business in processing, trading, distributing, importing and importing petroleum and biofuels.
