PGT Holdings Joint Stock Company (PGT) was established in 2004, formerly known as Saigon Gas Taxi Company Limited Petrolimex. The company was formed based on the capital contribution of member companies under the Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex). The company currently mainly operates in the field of management consulting, mergers and acquisitions. The company's main market is Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces. PGT has been officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) since 2009.
