Power Generation Joint Stock Corporation 3 (PGV) was established in 2013 by Vietnam Electricity Corporation, together with EVNGENCO 1 and 2. The corporation was founded on the base of the restructuring of the power plants under EVN. The main businesses of the corporation are producing and trading electricity, investing and building power plants and repairing and maintaining power plants and equipment.
