Petrolimex Engineering Joint Stock Company (PLE), formerly known as Design Survey company was established in 1972 by Decision No. 477 / VT-QD of the Ministry of Materials (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade). In 2004, the Company transformed its business model into a Joint Stock Company. The main business areas of the Company are consulting and project planning; survey, design and planning, and supervision of petroleum stores.
