Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (PPC), formerly known as Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant, was established in 1982. The Company has its main business in generation and trade of electricity. Since 2006, PPC has come into operation under the model of a joint stock company. The Company manages and operates 02 thermal power plants, including 06 power generating units with a total capacity of 1,010 MW. Each year, PPC generates and supplies approximately 6 billion KWh to the national power grid. PPC has been traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) since January 2007.
