Portserco Joint Stock Company (PRC) formerly known as Da Nang Port General Service Enterprise was established in 1993. In 2002, the Company transformed its business model into a Joint Stock Company. Current charter capital of the Company is VND 12 billion. The company's core business activities are road transportation, operating mainly through Da Nang port where it takes the largest market share with 1 -1.2 million tons of goods per year.
