Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (PSB) was established by the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and the strategic shareholders with the goal to construct and develop a complex of petroleum logistic base which would be the leading perfect, modern one in the region.
