PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Company (PSN), formerly known as PTSC Thanh Hoa Port One-member Limited Company, was established in 2009. As a subsidiary of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation, the Company has its main business in the management and operation of Nghi Son deep-water port in Thanh Hoa province. PSN has been put into operation under the model of a joint-stock company since December 2010.
