The company was established with the purpose of investing in and exploiting the project "Dinh Vu Petroleum Service Port" in Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Hai An District, Hai Phong City. In Jul 2009, berth serving Dinh Vu Petroleum Industrial Zone officially came into operation.
