PetroVietNam Drilling & Well Services Corporation (PVD), formerly known as PetroVietNam Drilling & Well Services Company, was established in 2001. PVD has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2006. The Corporation has its business in the provision of drilling rigs and drilling services to serve petroleum exploration and exploitation in domestic and abroad markets.
