Quang Ninh Construction and Cement Joint Stock Company (QNC), formerly known as Uong Bi Coal Enterprise, was established in 1985. In 2005, the company moved to operate as a joint stock model. The principal activities of the company are to produce cement, concrete, coal production and processing, mining and construction materials production.
