Se San 4A Hydropower Joint Stock Company (S4A) was established in 2007, S4A is the company operating and managing Se San 4A hydroelectric plant. Se San 4A is one of 06 hydropower plants constructed on Se San river, having 03 turbines with a total capacity of 63MW. With an initial investment of VND1,500 billion, Se San 4A hydropower plant is regarded as one of the hydropower projects having the highest investment and using turbine capsules in Vietnam.
