Mien Trung Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SEB) was established in 2003 by three founding shareholders, including Song Da Corporation, Power Company No.3, and Binh Minh Import Export and Trade Company Limited. The Company has its core business in the generation and trade of electricity. The Company manages and operates Ea Krong Rou Hydropower Plant with an assembling capacity of 28 MW and average output of 111 million kWh per year. SEB has been listed and traded on Hanoi Securities Trading Centre (Now Hanoi Stock Exchange) since January 2009.
