Ha Noi Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (SPH), whose predecessor is the Hanoi seafood import and export branch of Vietnam Seafood Import-Export Company (Seaprodex Vietnam), was established on July 5, 1980. In 2007, the company was equitized and officially changed its name to Hanoi Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company. The company operates mainly in the field of processing and trading seafood, agricultural products, and food.
