Saigon Transport Agency Joint Stock Company was a state-owned company established in 1976. In 2005, the company operated as a joint stock company and the company's stock was listed on UPCOM in 2010. The company's main operations are transporting common and super-sized goods, transporting goods by dedicated vehicles; and operating seaports,provding cargo handling services at the seaports, warehouse services. The company manages and exploits Tan Thuan Dong Port in District 7, Ho Chi Minh city with 84km length and  8.5m depth. Tan Thuan Dong Port is capable of receiving 10,000 DWT ships.
