Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company (TBC), formerly known as Thac Ba Hydropower Plant, which was established in 1971, is the first hydropower plant in Vietnam. Its main business is to produce and supply electricity with the only customer being Vietnam Electricity Corporation and one of the 7 hydroelectric plants of EVN. The plant's capacity is 120 MW (the Company's capacity accounts for about 2.9% of EVN's total generating capacity, and 1.05% of the country's total generating capacity).
