Vinacomin - Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company (TMB), formerly known as Coal Distribution and Management Corporation, was established in 1974. TMB has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2007. The Company has its main business in processing, trading and distributing coal. As a subsidiary of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin), TMB plays a part as a chain in Vinacomin's system of production-processing and consumption.
