Nam Dinh Urband Construction Management Joint Stock Company (UMC), formerly known as Nam Dinh City Urban Construction Management Company, was established in May 1986. The Company has its main business in provision of public works management and opeation services. UMC has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since 2016. The Company keeps its first position in management and operation of public lighting network, sewerage works, green parks and cemeteries in Nam Dinh. UMC has been traded on the UPCOM market since August 2017.
