No 25 Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, formerly known as No 25 Central Pharmaceutical Enterprise, was established on 22 April 1993. The Company has its core business in producing and trading pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. UPH was equitized and put into operation under the model of a joint stock company in 2007. The Company has already invested and developed the nearly complete system of pharmaceutical production lines GMP-WHO, laboratory GLP-WHO, warehouse GSP-WHO with over 100 pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. UPH has been traded on the UPCOM market since late 2016.
