Union of Survey and Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Geological Survey Institute under the Ministry of Architecture (Now Ministry of Construction), was established in 1960. The Company has its major business in surveying the geological, and hydrogeological conditions of works, probing building materials, and surveying topography and works. USCO was put into operation under the model of a joint stock company in October 2016.
