Construction Environment Joint Stock Company (VCE), formerly known as Nhan Co-Vinacomin Construction - Environment Company, was established in 2014. The Company was put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND50 billion in December 2015. VCE has its core business in constructing Nhan Co Alumin Factory, Lam Dong - Aluminum Bauxite Complex and other projects in Dak Nong province and exploiting bauxite in West Tay Rai mine.
