Vingal Industries Join Stock Company (VGL), equitized in 2012, currently operates with a charter capital of VND93.3 billion, in which 51% held by Vietnam Steel Corporation. The Company engages in two business lines, including: (i) Manufacturing black and galvanized steel pipes; (ii) Hot dip galvanizing; and (iii) Mechanical fabricating. The main market of the Company is located in the South of Vietnam.
