Viglacera Ha Long Joint Stock Company (VHL), formerly known as Ha Long Brick Plant under the Association of  Vietnam Glass and Ceramic Enterprises - Ministry of Construction, was established in 1993. The Company has its main business in mining, production, and trade construction materials. Since 2006, the Company has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company.
