VungTau Intourco Resort Joint Stock Company (VIR), formerly a resort in Vung Tau province, was established in 2005. In 2006, the company was equitized. The main business activities of the company are trading hotels and restaurants, and entertainment services. Besides, the company also trades massage services, karaoke, and handicrafts. Vung Tau Intourco Resort is recognized as a 4-star resort and one of the leading tourism and tourism services trading units in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. VIR has been traded on UPCom since July 1, 2010.
