Vinh Long Public Works Joint Stock Company (VLP), formerly known as Vinh Long Public Works One-Member Limited Company, was established in 2010. The Company has its business in provision of public environmental hygiene services. VLP has been put into operation under the model of a joint stock company since October 2016. The Company is delegated by Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee to collect and treat waste, manage and operate public lighting network, and manage and care green parks and trees in Vinh Long province. VLP has been traded on the UPCOM market since July 2017.
