Vietnam Land Investment Corporation (VNI), formerly known as Vien Nam Real Estate Limited Company, was established in 2007. In 2007, the company officially operated as joint stock company and was renamed as Vietnam Land Investment Corporation. The Company's main activity is investing in the real estate projects directly invested by the company. The company also has retail real estate market in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
