VP Petrochemical Transport Joint Stock Company (VPA) was founded on 16 March, 2008, having its major business in the transport of petrochemical products such as asphalt, chemical, etc. After 7 working years, the company completed the Project of newly building 2 liquid asphalt tankers of the same tonnage of 3.100DWT. VPA is the only unit exploiting the ocean transport kind of liquid asphalt based on taking advantage of 2 tankers namely VP ASPHALT 1 and VP ASPHALT 2.
